On the 24th, Konans Co., Ltd. (CEO James Lee) signed an agreement with Sansa Pictures Co., Ltd. (Chairman Kim Beon) for the export of drama content.
Through this agreement, Konans plans to lead the Korean Wave (Hallyu) drama boom in the Philippines by broadcasting “Somehow Family” produced by Sansa Pictures and supporting the local filming of “Somehow Family 2” in the Philippines.
Founded in 2002, Sansa Pictures is a leading Korean content planning company known for its outstanding creative capabilities, recognized by major broadcasting stations. The company organizes the annual COAF (Creative Orange Art Festa) and specializes in planning and producing a wide range of visual content, including films, dramas, variety shows, and documentaries.
Through this agreement with Konans, Sansa Pictures announced its ambition to lead trends in the Asian market and further drive the Korean drama boom.
Konans also expressed its commitment to actively engage in various content development initiatives, including the broadcasting and filming of Korean dramas and the planning of overseas performances in the Philippines, in partnership with Sansa Pictures.
